I can help people who struggle with constant worry, racing thoughts, nervousness, relationship problems, anger, difficulty focusing or sadness. Using a compassionate mindfulness based approach I will be able to help you relieve those symptoms.  I mostly work with people who already have a mindfulness practice and want help managing their anxiety or depression.  I can help you build one if you like.
